Specialty: My work consists of a wide range of bird houses and carvings using primarily “Found Wood”. A majority of my birdhouses are fashioned from tree logs and limbs that have been collected from trees that have fallen or been taken down due to poor condition. Each of my carvings is hand-crafted from Cottonwood bark that has been collected from fallen trees. Each Birdhouse and Carving is hand-crafted and is a unique, one-of-a-kind offering with no two pieces being identical. Some of the objects are decorative in nature while others are both decorative and functional. My Wood Birdhouses vary from simple nesting boxes to the lighted Hobbit Houses with walnut shell windows and window flower boxes. Each Carving is hand-crafted from Plains Cottonwood Bark and varies from small Tree ornaments, to Wall Hanging flat pieces to more intricate free standing Tree Houses and In-The-Round pieces.
